Patricia H. Cooley is widely considered one of the region’s top domestic relations and divorce attorneys. She has over two decades of experience handling divorce law, child custody law, child support law and domestic violence matters.
Ms. Cooley is a graduate of West Chester University and the Delaware Law School of Widener University. While attending West Chester University, she was a member of the National Honor Society for Philosophy, and while attending the Delaware Law School, she was a senior staff member of The Delaware Law Review and a recipient of the Ruby Vale Judicial Scholarship.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Cooley served as a judicial clerk in the Superior Court of Delaware and worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Bucks County, where she headed the Child Abuse Unit. A former associate of the Law Offices of William L. Goldman, P.C., Ms. Cooley was trained by the renowned Bucks County domestic attorney, William L. Goldman, Sr.
Patricia Cooley also serves as an arbitrator in Bucks County and represents victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis.
